Kindergarten - We are polishing up our show for the Spring Fling Sing!
1st grade - This week we learned about Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf. This is a delightful children's story told through instruments.
2nd grade - We had some fun this week exploring musical form. We sang, danced and played instruments to experience how music is organized.
3rd grade - These kids are ready to put on a show for you!
4th grade - We wrapped up a couple of recorder pieces and started a unit on opera. Next week we will watch a short version of Mozart's Magic Flute. I hope your child comes out of this appreciating opera as well as understanding some new vocabulary.
5th grade - We keep singing, dancing and sweating! Pictures were due today. Please get them to me as soon as possible!
