Kindergarten - We are working on our springtime show!
1st Grade - We started a fun unit on Peter and the Wolf. While listening to Leonard Bernstein narrate the story, the students are coloring and cutting out pictures of the characters and the instruments that represent each character.
2nd grade - We played Instrument BINGO! These students now know about the 4 families of instruments and can identify many of them by sight.
3rd Grade - Congratulations to all of my wonderful 3rd grade students!!! Broadway Beat was fantastic!!!
4th Grade - This week we finished watching "The Magic Flute" by Mozart. The students learned many new vocabulary words and applied them while describing different sections of the opera.
5th Grade - We are dancing, singing, memorizing and moving through our rehearsals for the 5th Grade Show! Please turn in your pictures for the 5th grade slide show. Look under the 5th grade show tab at the top of this blog for more information.
