Week of December 10-14

This week I videotaped grades 2-5 singing and playing the holiday music that they have prepared to share with the school.  Please look for these videos to be posted here soon.  I am so proud of my little musicians here at Ivy Hill.  They sing beautifully and dance with the joyous inhibitions of childhood.  Next week our 1st grade students will be performing their holiday show called "Candy Cane Lane", another wonderful John Jacobson musical!  On Friday all of my students will be singing for one another, sharing the joy of this holiday season with music!  Our songs are diverse and including English, five different languages will be sung.  Please leave me your feedback on the videos I will post of these songs.
